MASTER BLADESMITH
We do a traditional Japanese-style waterstone polish for Fine Chef's knives, completely by hand. Roger is an MIT-trained engineer and former blacksmith & knifemaker. This is not a quick rough-sharpening on a grinding wheel and buffer. Your knives will be made truly razor-sharp and all defects will be re-ground correctively. They will, in fact, be far sharper than when they were brand new!
We will repair all damage done by improper sharpening and cheap gadgets, and even customize your edge geometry for your individualized cooking style. We also attend to fine garden pruners, axes, sewing shears, and woodworker’s tools such as chisels and plane blades.
